Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Field Guide Designs wholesale website! We appreciate your interest in our products and look forward to partnering with you to bring unique, beautifully crafted goods to your customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
- Only approved retailers, resellers, and qualified businesses are eligible to order from this site.
- To gain access, please complete the wholesale account registration form. Approval is at our sole discretion, and we may request additional information as part of the registration process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Order Minimums
- Opening Order Minimum: $150
- Reorder Minimum: $200
- All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or customs fees.
3. Payment Terms
- Orders must be prepaid in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal.
- Net 30-day terms may be available for approved accounts.
- Late Payments: Late payments are subject to 18% annual finance charges. Interest begins accruing one day after the invoice due date. Unpaid invoices will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days, and the amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice at the time of order processing.
- All domestic orders ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is charged by weight and dimension. Ground service will be used unless otherwise specified, with additional charges the responsibility of the customer.
- Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks for production and shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are for guidance only.
5. International Orders
- International shipping is available to approved retailers. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We comply with all international shipping regulations but are not liable for restrictions, delays, or additional fees that may apply in your region.
6. Product Pricing and Availability
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is placed, pricing is confirmed for that order only.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations add to the uniqueness of each item.
- While we strive to keep stock levels accurate, we cannot guarantee availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you to arrange a replacement or backorder.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods
- Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of wholesale orders, returns and exchanges on undamaged goods are not accepted. Exceptions may apply for special circumstances, subject to approval and possible restocking fees.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 business days of receipt. We may replace or refund defective items at our discretion.
- Please provide your order number, email, and phone number for fastest service. Retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
8. Cancellations
- Any canceled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid within 15 days of cancellation.
- Shipment dates postponed by the buyer 60+ days from the original estimated ship date will be treated as a canceled order and subject to the same 50% cancellation fee.
- Unpaid fees after 90 days will be submitted to a collection agency and will include all legal and agency fees.
9. Use of Images and Branding
- Approved retailers may access and use product images and descriptions for marketing purposes. These materials remain the property of Field Guide Designs and must follow our brand guidelines.
- Alterations to product descriptions, names, or designs require prior written approval.
10. Intellectual Property
- All designs, illustrations, logos, and content on this site are the property of Field Guide Designs and protected under intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials is prohibited.
11. Confidentiality
- Buyer agrees to keep all wholesale pricing, terms, and conditions confidential. These must not be published or shared with outside parties under any circumstances.
12. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts at our discretion, with or without cause, and without liability.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
- We respect your privacy. Personal and business information collected on this site is used only for order processing, account management, and communication related to your wholesale account.
- We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
14. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Agreement
- By placing a wholesale order with Field Guide Designs, you agree to these Wholesale Terms. Please keep a copy for your records.
